We deliver orders throughout Russia and worldwide. We work with CDEK, Yandex and Russian Post (for international deliveries only).
Timing
First, we assemble your item in our workshop, then hand it over for delivery. We make custom orders within 7 business days and prepare in-stock items within 3 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery in Moscow takes 1–3 business days on average. Delivery times are calculated from the day we hand the item over to the carrier and do not include production time. As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow it.
Cost
For orders from RUB 15,000, delivery by CDEK or Yandex to a pickup point is free. Courier and express delivery are also available on request for an additional charge.
Payment
We accept payments in Russian rubles through Tinkoff Checkout, CloudPayments, Dolymi and Yandex Split. You can pay for your order:
- by bank card — Visa, MasterCard / Maestro or Mir
- through payment services —Tinkoff Pay, Yandex Pay or Sber Pay.
