We assemble our products by hand and offer a 30-day warranty on the quality of the assembly. Returns of in-stock items are accepted within 7 days, provided the items are in their original condition and include the original packaging, tags, and receipt; custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You can change your order within 24 hours; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To process a return, please email support@krivokoso.com or contact us via messaging apps and wait for further instructions.

We ship orders throughout Russia and worldwide; our primary carrier is SDEK.

For orders of 15,000₽ or more, SDEK shipping is free.

Courier or express shipping is subject to an additional fee.

After placing your order, the SDEK tracking number will be automatically sent to your email.

Our workshop will prepare the item for shipment within 7 business days, not including the day of payment.
