Returns of in-stock items are accepted within 7 days, provided the items are in their original condition and include the original packaging, tags, and receipt; custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You can change your order within 24 hours; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For orders of 15,000₽ or more, SDEK shipping is free.

Courier or express shipping is subject to an additional fee.
